Sausage and Cider Festival Glasgow – 28th – 29th August: Enjoy the perfect pairing of sausage and cider in Glasgow for the very first time at the Briggait. Expect an amazing range of craft ciders, sausages and flavours from some of the UK’s best producers. Scotland Food & Drink Fortnight – 4th -19th September: A celebration of Scottish produce, the Scotland Food & Drink Fortnight – in association with Scotland Food & Drink - encourages consumers and producers alike to think locally. Be sure to use this to support your local food and drink businesses.


The Gin to my Tonic - 10th – 11th September: Are you a gin enthusiast? Then why not check out the award-winning Gin to my Tonic show, which comes to Edinburgh this September. This weekend long event lets you meet-the-makers behind over 50 gin and mixer brands. But that’s not all. Unlimited tasting samples will also be available for over 250 types of gin. National Whisky Festival – 14th September: This years National Whisky Festival, will stray further afield from Edinburgh and Glasgow, taking place at the newly refurbished Aberdeen Music Hall. The event offers three and a half sessions of whisky tastings, live music and whisky-related crafts, alongside a selection of local food to help you along the way. Featuring over 30 exhibitors and over 100 whiskies to try out, this is the best place to be for whisky enthusiasts out there. For more info check out nationalwhiskyfestival.scot.



Glasgow Cocktail Week – 23rd – 29th September: Bringing together the cities finest venues and drinks, Glasgow Cocktail Week will offer 100s of discounted drinks throughout the city as well as exclusive events for ticket holders. Glasgow Vegan Festival – 25th September: Enjoy a range of stalls, world food caterers and demos at this celebration of vegan food. Interactive workshops, yoga and children’s activities will also run throughout the day. Tickets are available on the door (under 16s go free) or pick up a VIP ticket via Eventbrite which includes fast track entry as well as a goody bag of vegan products and discounts.


Edinburgh Cocktail Week -11th -24th October: Edinburgh Cocktail week returns this year, and this time for a whole fortnight! Grab yourself an ECW wristband and enjoy signature cocktails for £4 at 100 of Edinburgh’s finest cocktail bars. Also be on the lookout for the Cocktail Village at Festival Square which features a range of pop-up bars, street food and live music
