Cosmo in Glasgow reopens its doors to the public with two surprises

Cosmo World Buffet Restaurant in Glasgow announces its grand reopening after lockdown with a half-a-million-pound refurb and a ‘Thank You’ meal to the NHS.

Cosmo opens today Monday 27th to the public in Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow.

Cosmo is a well-established buffet restaurant with locations across the UK providing freshly cooked and wonderfully prepared dishes from around the world with a focus on oriental cuisine.

The whole refurb was half-a-million-pounds and the new look is divine. They have installed a brand-new lighting system and beautiful new leather booths to create an ambience perfect for dining on a buffet. Italian marble counters and the wall murals highlight all that Cosmo has to offer while the dark oak shelving sections off areas for privacy and you can enjoy your meal with family and friends.

Cosmo are excited to open their doors again to the public however the chefs have been working hard in the kitchen already. The restaurant opened its doors early on Thursday 23rd to welcome NHS workers to thank them for their dedication and extraordinary efforts. They hosted 250 workers for the special free dining event for workers across Glasgow.

When Cosmo closed its doors in March, they continued to provide 50 free hot meals a day for doctors and nurses in Leverndale Hospital, and they were delighted to host one last meal for NHS workers before opening once more to the public.

Cosmo is now open once more to everyone in the Silverburn Shopping Centre, seven days a week and is happy to welcome back everyone to visit their new refurbished restaurant to enjoy the wonderful buffet that Cosmo is renowned for.
