Enjoy the last weekend of pop-up rooftop gin garden at five-star hotel

For those in Edinburgh looking to enjoy the first weekend of Autumn with stunning views and a wonderful gin cocktail in hand, this is the place to be.

Hendricks Gin and the luxurious five-star Glasshouse Hotel teamed up to offer the best gin garden experience. Hendricks Original Gin and their Lunar Gin sit as the firm centrepiece for the variety of cocktails including a Celestial Spritz and a Starry Night. Their main attraction is the Cucumber Lemonade which is a tart yet sweet delight.

Formerly known as the Lady Glenorchy Church, The Glasshouse Hotel, opposite the newly refurbished St James Centre, is a converted 170-year-old church which opened in 2003. They offer the best views across Calton Hill which means you can soak in the last summer rays with a fantastic gin in hand. The staff are attentive and will be happy to keep the refills coming.

The pop-up bar is open to the public between 4pm – 10pm Thursday through till Sunday (no booking required) and this is the last weekend for the collaboration.

Hopefully we can see another pop-up next year for a longer period of time to truly enjoy those long, lazy Scottish summers.
