We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rosalind Erskine as Editor for Taste Magazine Scotland.
Rosalind has experience in magazine editing from a three-and-a-half-year stint in Dubai where she edited a women’s lifestyle magazine.
Passionate about Scottish food and drink - from producers to chefs and drinks experts - Rosalind has been covering the sector for the last four years in print, online and in a podcast for The Scotsman.

Taste Magazine launched firstly in Wales as taste. blas where it has seen unprecedented success and continues to represent the industry from their offices in Cardiff. the Scottish edition of the publication is a standalone publication, concentrating on everything great about the food and drink industry here in Scotland and will cover everything from chef profiles to recipes, food tourism to sector specific features.
